Shipping, Delivery & Insurance

ZEIPET.com ships all merchandise from its shop in Florence, Italy, using a registered courier service, ISO 9001 certified. We ship our products worldwide. The Client acknowledges that it may take up to 14 working days to prepare their personalised order for dispatch.

As shipping charges can vary based on weight and destination, to estimate how much the shipping charge will be, you can do this on the page that is shown after adding an item to your shopping cart for the first time. Look for the section on the page labelled "Estimate shipping and tax" where you can add your country and postcode to receive an estimate in real-time.

All products are insured during transit from the shop to their shipping destination as specified by the Client. When the Client takes delivery of their products the Client acknowledges that it will be their responsibility to check the packaging to ensure that it has been received undamaged, prior to signing for it. The Client is required to write, in addition to their signature, a note for the courier company that the product may have been damaged in transit.

Privacy & Security

We abide by the legislative privacy requirements as set out by privacy law 675/96. Your information will be treated in accordance with the necessary protective measures to ensure that the contractual obligations of ZEIPET can be fulfilled. These protective measures will be adhered to in all orders made through ZEIPET. Client personal data will always be stored in systems that are appropriately protected. ZEIPET will not share Client personal data. However, Client personal data may be used for the purposes of sending communications (for example, newsletters) in the case that the Client has requested to be included in such mailings, or in cases where it is necessary to share Client personal information to allow ZEIPET to complete the contractual obligations. In cases where personal information is not provided by the Client it may be impossible for ZEIPET to complete it's contractual obligations.

ZEIPET may be required to share Client personal information with:
- Financial institutions, regulatory bodies and/or public authorities.
- Couriers and other postal service providers.
- Societies and National bodies concerned with fraud and credit recovery.
- Software and Hardware suppliers.

Returns, Replacements & Guarantees.

We highlight that while a Client can typically cancel any order without penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 working days after receiving it, you should know that this right cannot be exercised in the case of personalised goods (comma 3, Article 5 of Directive n° 185/199). Products that have been made to a client specification by Zei Cinofilia (ZEIPET) extend to its beds, bedding and dog collars ranges (non-exhaustive list). All products listed on ZEIPET are guaranteed according to consumer protection laws relating to the sale of goods.

Checking your Order

There is no need to create an account to order from Zei Pet. You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting this link, labelled 'Check Order (guest)' found in the footer or our website. You will have been provided with your order details to allow you to check the order status, when your order was confirmed.

If you do create an account while placing your first order with us you will benefit from your own customer account, where you can monitor the status of orders, view previous orders as well as access limited sales and special offers that are made available through your membership.

Our shop is open 09:30-13:00 and 15:30-19:30 from Monday to Saturday: the client can contact the shop directly for updates on order status at 055 2477909. For other information regarding orders outside of shop hours, please use our contact form.

ZEIPET will send another email to confirm when your products have been dispatched from our store. This will communicate the tracking number and courier company details.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The Client is provided with the option to change the currency used to display prices on the ZEIPET website. All orders will be processed in Euro's, even in cases where the Client has set the prices on the ZEIPET website to display in, for example, US Dollars. The Client acknowledges that their order will be processed in the EURO currency, and that the EURO charge that will be made to their selected payment type, has been displayed prior to confirming their order. We accept payment using the Visa, Mastercard & Maestro network (operated by UNICREDIT BANCA) as well as PAYPAL.

Non Euro Banking Charges

We provide our visitors with the option to change the currency being used to display prices on our website. Please do note that all orders will be processed in Euro's even if the selected currency is USD, Sterling, or any of the other available currencies. Prior to confirming an order, the customer will be shown the final price in Euro's.

The currency rates on our website are updated daily, but may be different from those offered by your banking provider. If you know the fee that your bank applies on foreign currency transactions Visa, Mastercard and AMEX have dedicated web-pages where you can estimate the fees you are likely to incur when making payments in a foreign currency.
